Ciro… Passami L’Olio!

What better way to relax after a stroll through the beautiful Vondelpark, the Van Gogh Museum, the Concerthal and DeLaMar Theater or across the Leidseplein, than to sit down and enjoy a homemade meal and a fine glass of Italian wine at Ciro… Passami L’Olio! restaurant. “We really want you to feel as if you were in Italy,” tells Alexandra Plumb, one of the four owners. “Fabrizio, Fabio, Ciro and I worked together in another restaurant, but we all felt we wanted to own one ourselves. So in 2008 we started with Ciro… Passami L’Olio!,” explains Plumb. “The name comes from an Italian saying.”
